Bergen Family

What a lovely, warm day for a photoshoot with this beautiful little family!  However, those silly  mosquitoes got the best of us and we had to make it quick.  So, we got a few shots in with some good light, some bright light, and some ponies!  But most of all these photos show how how wonderful this little family is and I think we captured their love for each other!  Hope you enjoy the photos!!!   God bless!

Martens Family 2013

After a few rain days and cancellations, we finally got a warm-ish but sunny day to get this wonderful family's photos done.  They had some great ideas and together with a lovely lit day, we got some great shots.  It was my absolute pleasure to be able to photograph this wonderful family yet again.  Enjoy your photos and God bless!

A lily from all views

OMG! I seriously cannot believe its been FOREVER again since my last post!  I don't really have any excuses so I won't give any!  I am still definetly doing photography however, it took a bit of a backseat this past winter and spring as I was very busy with a new venture for me.  Being a Zumba Fitness instructor.  I really love this new venture as its fun, a great workout, and so exhilirating.  But I still love doing photography as it is also one of many passions of mine.  Anyway, enough about me.  I got a new lily for my flower bed this year and as you can see, I have shots from all different views of this gorgeous lily.  I thought they were pretty and deserved posting, so I hope you all enjoy the view!  I will try and post more pics of what has been going on with us soon! God bless!

A little bit of warmth and sunshine

Well, it has been a LONG TIME since my last post!  I cannot believe how busy one's life gets!  I so wanted to post a Christmas wish but the day we went out to take our Christmas photo, we were in a car accident and our car was totalled.  Don't worry, we were not seriously hurt, but our car was!  LOL!  So, now we are still hunting for a vehicle.  This happened at the beginning of December.  Then we had the Christmas and holiday season which was wonderful, but again, very busy!  Right after the new year, we headed down Jamaica way for my life long friend's wedding and a holiday for our 10 year wedding anniversary that we celebrated in September!  So, as poor as an excuse as it might be, I am using all of them as to why I haven't kept up with posting, and pictures, etc., etc.!  I really just wanted to say hello, and share this lovely photograph of Jamaica for a bit of warmth and sunshine for those of us here in the great white north where its cold and snowy!  Also, its a new year and I am looking forward to lots of photo shoots, and crafting.  Please feel free to contact us to book your photo shoots, order a wood burned item, a custom barnboard frame, or as I will be posting a little later, a handmade owl, or throw pillows!  Take care all, and God bless!

Martens Family

What a pretty day! This was the 1st snow we recieved in this area and it lasted just long enough to get these photos of this lovely little family!  It melted a couple days later, but at least it stuck around long enough for these pictures to get taken.  The temperature out was lovely and there was no wind so at least the little guy didn't get too cold!  The shoot was short and sweet but we managed to get some good shots in spite of!  Hope you like the pictures as much as I had fun taking them!  Enjoy & God bless!

MF&R May Burn

I am finally doing some catch up with photos took earlier this summer, throughout the summer, and early fall! Here is a burn our department did in mid May.  It was a local old barn that needed removal from its place and it was just the opportunity our department likes for practice.  It was super smoky in the yard as the wind was swirling every which way, which made it difficult to get great shots.  Here is some of what I captured that day.  They turned out better than I thought!  I always enjoy doing this for our guys!  It is always lots of fun!  Hope you enjoy the photos as much as I had fun taking them!
